Scheduled Maintenance – ATM Services | August 12, 2026 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM PT Status: Scheduled Maintenance Vendor Reference: CHG0377607 Our external ATM processing provider, NCR Atleos (CDS), will be performing scheduled maintenance on their Kansas City (KC) processing platform during the window above. Expected Impact: ATM transaction processing may be briefly interrupted during traffic divert operations between the Dallas (DAL) and Kansas City (KC) data centers. Customers may experience transaction delays or failures at ATMs during this window. We will provide an update if the maintenance extends beyond the scheduled window or if impact is broader than anticipated.
